About the position

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our meal prep service. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchases.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide them with friendly and helpful service
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers in finding products and answering their questions
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
• Prep work

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Basic math skills for calculating totals, discounts, and change accurately
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Nice-to-haves

• Multilingual skills are a plus
• Knowledge of nutrition is a plus
