Responsibilities

  • Schedule service appointments and manage heavy phone work.
  • Communicate with guests and incoming callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Provide basic dealer information or direct customers to the correct department.
  • Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Handle all customer payment and credit transactions.
  • Responsible for the daily balancing and reconciling of cash office account(s).
  • Assist service customers during the morning and evening when needed.
  • Assist with administrative duties as requested.
