About the position

The Cashier / Customer Service Representative at Graham Enterprise, Inc. serves as the primary company representative to customers, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of store operations. The role involves driving sales, resolving customer issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies while fostering a positive shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the customer experience by maintaining a friendly and positive attitude.
• Drive store sales with an outgoing personality and treat each customer as a guest.
• Maintain the highest site standards including cleanliness, store layouts, displays, and stocking.
• Demonstrate initiative and excitement for store promotions and merchandising standards.
• Communicate positively with customers, managers, fellow employees, and vendors.
• Identify and resolve site issues and problems in a timely manner.
• Efficiently process sales transactions using the POS register system.
• Be responsible and proactive in shift duties and responsibilities, maintaining a positive work environment.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Ability to be a leader and a team player.
• Passion for customer service and exceptional people skills.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and run a cash register.
• Maintain a disciplined approach to daily work duties and company standards.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.

• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
