About the position

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and assisting customers with their inquiries. Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers in locating products and answering their questions
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Stock merchandise and ensure shelves are properly displayed
• Promote sales by upselling products and suggesting additional items
• Provide information about product features, pricing, and promotions
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or cashiering is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is a bonus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Proven ability to sell products and meet sales goals
