• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves.
• Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.
• Promote sales by offering additional products or services to customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or cashiering is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and calculating totals.
