Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance with locating items.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a positive attitude and in accordance with store policies.
• Process sales transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with store policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
• Assist in inventory management, including receiving and tagging new merchandise.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and operating cash registers is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
