About the position

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, process transactions accurately, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
• Promote store products and services to enhance the customer experience
• Perform cashier duties including handling cash, credit card transactions, and refunds

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
• Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, is a plus
• Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask and demonstrate effective time management
• Experience in wireless or technical sales is advantageous
• Willingness to conduct product demonstrations to customers
