Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance the customer experience
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Assist customers with inquiries, returns, and exchanges
• Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels as needed

Requirements

• Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are a plus
• Previous experience in jewelry sales or retail sales is desirable but not required
