About the position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively and create a welcoming atmosphere will contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor, ensuring products are readily available.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
• Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options.
• Manage phone inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves as needed.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Experience in cash handling and operating a cash register is preferred.

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
