Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering guest questions or directing them appropriately.
• Clean and maintain a safe and orderly environment in the theater's exterior and interior areas.
• Complete transactions by greeting guests, operating point-of-sale (POS) terminals, and handling food items.
• Effectively multitask in customer service, cash handling, tearing tickets, and checking IDs.
• Demonstrate effective sales techniques, including suggestive selling and upselling food items.
• Monitor auditoriums for picture and sound quality.
• Follow all Picture Show policies and procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Maintain consistent personal attendance for all scheduled shifts.
• Distribute and ensure proper working order of ADA equipment.
• Learn and understand procedures for safely operating and cleaning equipment.
• Perform daily stocking and general maintenance duties.
• Follow procedures to ensure a safe work environment for guests and staff.
• Perform custodial duties as necessary, including vacuuming and sanitizing restroom fixtures.
• Monitor auditoriums for various factors including temperature and audience behavior.
• Follow instructions on safe use of cleaning materials after training.
• Ensure proper security of cash, receipts, and tickets.
• Enforce the movie rating system and assist with other crew functions.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, twist, and bend frequently.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Positive attitude and customer service experience.
