About the position

As a Cashier/Customer Service Representative at Terrafil Inc, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers at our clean fill disposal site. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience by processing transactions, addressing inquiries, and maintaining a friendly atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival.
• Provide information about disposal services, pricing, and site policies.
• Issue receipts and maintain records of daily transactions.
• Direct customers to designated dumping areas as needed.
• Ensure the customer service area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service or cashier roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
