We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment. This part-time position involves engaging with customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a positive shopping experience
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash, credit, and check payments
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Upsell products and promotions to customers
• Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness

Requirements

• Proficiency in basic math and retail math
• Experience with cash handling in a retail setting
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
• Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is a plus
• Bilingual skills are advantageous
• Strong supervising skills to lead cashier teams effectively
• Ability to sell products and drive retail sales
