About the position

The Cashier/Customer Service role involves handling customer transactions, providing assistance, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position requires effective communication skills and the ability to manage cash and credit card payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Collect cash and credit card payments from customers.
• Daily prepping pizza and taking orders on the phone.
• Make change accurately and efficiently.
• Cleaning and cooler stocking.
• Check vendor deliveries.
• Make liquor orders.
• Stock groceries once a week.
• Deal with returns and refunds as necessary.
• Maintain cash control over register drawer and verify amounts are correct.
• Answer customer questions as they arise.

Requirements

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in food service or retail is a plus.
