Responsibilities

• Handle cash, checks, credit cards, and financing.
• Count till bags at the beginning and end of each shift, verifying all transactions were done correctly.
• Maintain the front office appearance by keeping everything neat and clean.
• File daily invoices.
• Call the bank to verify out-of-state checks and temporary checks.
• Call the finance company to verify customer account information.
• Process special orders and handwritten tickets.
• Take account payments for fabric checkouts or other miscellaneous payments.
• Perform any other duties as directed by management.

Requirements

• Ability to repetitively use arms, hands, and fingers.
• Computer experience required.
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and positively with internal and external customers.
• Knowledge of employment and safety procedures.
