About the position

The Cashier position at the Phoenix Zoo, under Lancer Hospitality, is a part-time role focused on providing excellent customer service during the ZooLights season. The cashier will interact with a diverse range of customers, ensuring a positive foodservice experience while managing transactions and maintaining a clean workspace.

• Filling orders and receiving money.
• Accurately counting back change.

• Providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Weekend and night availability is required for the ZooLights season.
• Basic knowledge of math and handling money.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks using time and task management skills.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Attention to detail and service knowledge.
• Prior experience providing superior customer service.
• Food Handlers Card is REQUIRED.
