Responsibilities

• Quickly and accurately take customer orders and payments through the POS.
• Take catering orders.
• Prepare online orders, to-go orders, and delivery orders accurately.
• Give out completed orders to guests with enthusiasm.
• Prepare food to high-quality standards and maintain a clean and sanitary workspace.
• Follow provided recipes and uphold The Peach Cobbler Factory Standards to create eye-catching desserts.
• Ensure proper sanitation practices.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and general cleaning to keep the store spotless and sanitary.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Ensure the restaurant meets company standards for cleanliness, neatness, and customer accessibility.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality dessert products, cash handling, and store safety and security.
