Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently and partner for additional support when needed.
• Engage customers actively to resolve problems and assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs.
• Promote Findmore and other sales enhancement programs.
• Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing.
• Assist with signing and merchandising standards at all checkouts.
• Stock and merchandise Impulse Fixtures and replenishment at checkout.
• Call for assistance proactively when needed in checkout.
• Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device for line management.
• Assist with Omnichannel efforts and general operations as needed.
• Participate in annual inventory processes.
• Support company shrink and safety initiatives and meet established performance standards.
