Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls in a prompt, friendly and professional manner
• Accept payments from dealership customers
• Balance daily bank deposit
• Focus on customer service
• Data entry and filing
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years office experience
• Dealership experience is a plus
• Friendly, professional phone manner
• Excellent math aptitude and attention to detail
• Fast learner who is comfortable with change and motivated to learn
• Professional corporate casual appearance
• Ability to work independently
