About The Position

The Service Cashier/Receptionist position at BMW of North Haven involves providing excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering phones, and assisting with service invoices and repair orders. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Answer dealership phones and greet customers.
  • Direct customers to the correct department and notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting.
  • Introduce customers to the service advisor.
  • Work cooperatively with the service and other internal sales teams.
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents requested by the service manager and service director.
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
