As a Cashier at Rivers Casino Philadelphia, you will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service to guests in accordance with established Marketplace policies and service standards. Proactively greeting team members and guests is crucial, as is initiating interactions to provide exceptional service. In this position, you will engage in friendly conversations with customers while they are in line, ensuring that their orders are filled promptly and accurately. You will also have the opportunity to suggest popular items and upsell additional products to enhance the customer experience. Operating the cash register will be a key responsibility, and you will need to follow established cash handling procedures diligently. Additionally, you will assist in prepping and preparing food orders, collaborating with production staff to ensure timely service. At the Barista outlet, you will prepare specialty coffee and smoothies, contributing to the diverse offerings available to our guests. Maintaining a clean and organized workstation is vital, as is inspecting guest identification to ensure compliance with legal age limits for alcohol possession and consumption. You will monitor guest alcohol consumption and act according to established alcohol awareness program guidelines. Cleaning and stocking food prep areas, dining areas, and workstations will also be part of your daily duties. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One year or more related experience in a fast food restaurant setting.
- Ability to effectively handle customer disputes in a calm and courteous manner.
- Ability to work efficiently in multiple work stations as directed.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week, including holidays.
- Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process.
