Responsibilities

• Keep shelves stocked, displays appealing, and the store clean to make it the go-to spot for convenience.
• Efficiently manage the cash register and handle transactions accurately and with a smile.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues by adhering to safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and lend a hand wherever needed.
• Maintain a clean and inviting store, including cleaning restrooms and ensuring the store's exterior is tidy.
• Actively participate in keeping the outdoor space clean and welcoming.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older in specified states, or 21 years of age or older in others.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication are required.
• Physical ability to frequently lift 10 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check.
• Personable and positive demeanor with a knack for making people feel welcome.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to notice small details that enhance customer experience.
• Reliable and responsible, with punctuality and trustworthiness.
• Flexible and adaptable to take on various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
