Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch service during busy midday and evening hours, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage the store's appearance and stock, keeping everything organized and appealing.
• Handle a high volume of transactions efficiently and with a friendly attitude.
• Ensure a secure and safe shopping environment during the varied dynamics of the shift.
• Collaborate with colleagues to manage the unique pace and challenges of the afternoon and early evening.
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, including upkeep of the coffee station, restrooms, and outdoor areas.
• Manage stock levels and assist in inventory processes to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older in certain states, or 21 years of age or older in others.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication are required.
• Physical ability to frequently lift 10 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check.
• Personable and positive demeanor with a knack for making people feel welcome.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on enhancing customer experience.
• Reliable presence during critical midday and early evening hours.
• Flexible and adaptable to take on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
