Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and energetically as they arrive in the morning.
• Restock and organize shelves to maintain a fresh and inviting store appearance.
• Ensure the coffee station is well-stocked and ready for customers.
• Handle morning transactions efficiently and cheerfully.
• Maintain a secure and safe environment for customers and staff.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Keep the store and restrooms clean and welcoming for customers.
• Maintain the outdoor area to ensure it is neat and attractive.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older in specified states, or 21 years of age in others.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
• Effective communication skills in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
• Physical ability to frequently lift 10 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Personable and positive attitude towards customers and team members.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience.
• Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic.
• Flexible and adaptable to various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
