Responsibilities

  • Compile and tabulate data, checking documents for accuracy.

  • Inspect merchandise and price items for display.
  • Assist with balancing the cash register at the start and finish of each shift.
  • Open and close the facility according to established policies and procedures.
  • Greet customers, assist with purchases, and provide suggestions in a friendly atmosphere.
  • Provide assistance and support to other divisions within the department as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalency.
  • One (1) year of experience in clerical, money handling, and cashiering responsibilities.
  • Current valid class 'C' driver's license from the Texas Department of Public Safety with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and dependability.
