About the position
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cashier to join our team at ARCO in San Bernardino. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience working in a gas station environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of the unique demands and responsibilities associated with this role. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks will be essential in ensuring a smooth operation during your shift. In this position, you will be expected to work Monday through Friday from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Your primary duties will include processing customer payments, managing cash registers, and assisting customers with inquiries regarding products and services. You will also be responsible for restocking shelves, ensuring that the gas station is clean and well-maintained, and adhering to all safety and health regulations. This role requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
