The Cashier/Front of House Representative at Zaxby's plays a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the restaurant's operations. Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a smile and take their orders promptly.
• Provide clear and appealing descriptions of menu items to customers.
• Manage the Micros point of sale (POS) system to process orders quickly.
• Handle monetary transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Ensure the cleanliness of front-of-house areas and maintain service standards.
• Expedite food orders and guarantee their quality before serving to customers.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including beverages and sides.
• Perform maintenance and cleaning duties, including dishwashing and trash disposal.
