About the position

The Cashier position at Pincho Bird involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests. This role is essential in ensuring a positive dining experience through direct interaction with customers and effective communication about the menu and offerings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of front line, dining room, bathrooms, and patio area (if applicable).
• Take out dining room trash, bus, and clean tables and chairs.
• Restock utensils, napkins, beverage station, and bathrooms.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of the menu to effectively communicate all ingredients to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of critical dietary information and demonstrate proper food handling.
• Set up, maintain, and break down front expo and bagging area.
• Operate POS register to complete customer transactions.
• Greet guests, guide their journey, resolve guest issues, and properly inform guests of how the PINCHO app works.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry.
• No previous experience is needed; on-the-job training is provided.
• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests.
