Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and friendly service to customers
- Accurately handle customer transactions
- Assist with inventory management and stocking
- Maintain merchandise displays
- Engage with customers and assist with inquiries
- Resolve customer issues and provide solutions
- Work collaboratively with the Store Team to achieve high customer service standards
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to prioritize tasks and organize workload
- Problem-solving skills to assist customers
- Capacity to engage with a diverse range of individuals
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous experience in retail or cashier roles is a plus
