About the position

The Casino Accounting Auditor is responsible for ensuring compliance with internal controls through ongoing audits across various departments within the casino. This role involves analyzing operational weaknesses, recommending solutions, and performing audits to maintain the integrity of financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits of Cage, Count Rooms, Slots, Table Games, Poker, Retail, Valet, Food and Beverage and other departments as required.
• Assist with planning and implementing an audit schedule designed to provide sufficient coverage of all operations.
• Measure, analyze, evaluate, and report on the adequacy of compliance with internal controls.
• Assist Senior Revenue Auditor in determining operational and control weaknesses and recommend solutions.
• Perform analysis of marketing promotions and special events for cost effectiveness.
• Perform analysis of staffing as directed.
• Complete special projects as assigned by senior management.

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills are required.
