About the position

The Casino Host is responsible for maintaining and cultivating relationships with current database customers by providing exceptional guest service. The role focuses on increasing trip frequency and guest loyalty through various engagement strategies, including telemarketing, direct contact, and participation in events. The Casino Host will also be available on the casino floor to generate new member sign-ups and attend to guests' needs, ensuring customer retention and repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and cultivate relationships with current database customers.
• Provide exceptional guest service to increase trip frequency and guest loyalty.
• Generate new member sign-ups and increase rated play on the casino floor.
• Issue complimentary services consistent with company guidelines.
• Respond to guests' requests, questions, and concerns.
• Recruit players through direct sales activities such as direct mail and telemarketing referrals.
• Develop a base of players and ensure they receive personal attention and quality service.
• Participate in player development and marketing activities to cultivate guest loyalty.
• Represent the company in public relations and marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Casino Host experience preferred.
• One to three years experience in customer service, preferably in the gaming industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility in work schedule is required.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation, email, and player tracking systems.
• Ability to obtain/maintain necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
