About the position
As a Casino Host at Bally's Black Hawk Casino, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service to both internal and external guests. Your role will involve positively influencing interactions with guests, demonstrating resilience when dealing with difficult situations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in all business conditions. You will be tasked with providing complimentary services to players, including free play, food, and beverages, in accordance with company policy. In addition to guest service, you will review and monitor current marketing promotions through direct guest interactions. A key aspect of your role will be to locate and cultivate relationships with guests and players who have VIP potential, thereby increasing their loyalty to Bally's Black Hawk Casinos. You will implement marketing promotions under the guidance of the Director of Marketing and create networking opportunities at restaurants, business meetings, and other venues to attract a new demographic for Slots and Table Games. Your responsibilities will also include assisting the Marketing department with casino promotions and recognition programs for premium players. Flexibility in your schedule is essential, as you will be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by business operations. Additionally, you may be asked to perform other duties as requested by management.

- Work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements
- Previous Casino Host experience (highly preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of casino or customer-related experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
- Computer literate with MS Office skills (Outlook, MS Word, Excel).
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and hold a Colorado Gaming License.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Ability to adjust to and manage change effectively.
- Must be able to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
