About the position

The Casino Operations Supervisor at Harrah's Casino is responsible for overseeing daily operations in slot operations, casino beverage services, and environmental services (EVS) on the casino floor. This role emphasizes team member development, guest relations, and compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring high-quality service and operational integrity.

Responsibilities

• Supports team member development with training programs and established methods.
• Builds guest relations through visibility and soliciting feedback.
• Maintains communication between departments and promotes teamwork.
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory and internal control policies.
• Performs various roles such as slot attendant, beverage server, or bartender as needed.
• Monitors results through inspection and analysis to achieve desired outcomes.
• Coordinates workflow during shifts to meet business demands and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Encourages team members to present themselves as a credit to the company.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience working with the public in a direct customer contact position.
• 2 years of experience in slot or beverage operations preferred.
• Good oral and written communication skills, fluent in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational ability.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to respond calmly in stressful situations.
• Physical mobility to move around the property and lift up to 75 lbs.
