Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate superior customer service skills and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere and celebrate guest wins.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide fast, flawless service.
  • Check for guest satisfaction and resolve service issues effectively.
  • Promote Caesars Rewards programs and card membership.
  • Operate assigned window for currency exchanges, jackpot payouts, and redemption of gaming vouchers.
  • Verify assigned funds at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Ensure accountability of all transactions through verification and documentation.
  • Adhere to Anti-Money Laundering procedures.
  • Perform functions of a Pit Clerk and/or Line Facilitator if assigned.
  • Promote positive interactions with guests and employees.
  • Provide a fun-filled, entertaining environment for guests through service delivery.
  • Participate in the operation of the multi-casino Bad Beat system.
  • Perform cash advance and check cashing transactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and write English.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills.
