About the position
The Casino Slot Ambassador plays a crucial role in enhancing the gaming experience for guests at the casino. This position involves assisting the Slots Shift Manager with various floor functions, ensuring the smooth operation of slot machines, and providing excellent customer service to players.
Responsibilities
- Protect company assets.
- Assist guests and display positive leadership skills.
- Monitor the operation of assigned slot machines.
- Pay manual jackpots.
- Replenish ticket printer paper.
- Exchange currency as requested by guests.
- Interact with players to ensure a positive gaming experience.
- Identify and inform guests on the casino floor playing machines.
- Inform guests of the benefits of joining the Players Club.
- Communicate where ATMs and Ticket Redemption machines are located.
- Monitor and keep slot areas clean, secure and well maintained.
- Must be available for scheduled work.
- Exhibit the Family Style Service model at all times.
Requirements
- Ability to assist guests and provide positive leadership.
- Experience in monitoring slot machines and gaming operations.
- Strong communication skills to interact with players and inform them about services.
