Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and assist with the check-in and check-out process.
• Safely handle guests' luggage, transporting it to and from rooms promptly.
• Collaborate with the valet parking team to ensure a smooth and efficient parking and retrieval process for guests' vehicles.
• Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions, responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with the front desk, concierge, and other departments to ensure coordinated guest services.
• Monitor the entrance area for any suspicious activity and report concerns promptly, adhering to safety and security procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
• Capability to run, retrieve vehicles, and lift luggage up to 50 pounds.
