About the position

GQT Movies Forum 8 is seeking energetic cast members to enhance their service model and theater offerings. The role involves various responsibilities, including customer service, food and drink service, and maintaining cleanliness in the theater environment. Cast members will be expected to work during busy hours, particularly on weekends and holidays, while promoting the Loyalty program.

Responsibilities

• Perform transactions on the POS system for ticket sales and food/drinks.
• Serve food and drinks to customers.
• Clean and sanitize the theater property.
• Stock and record inventory.
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Provide excellent customer service to patrons.
• Promote the Loyalty program to customers.
• Follow cash handling procedures and management instructions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old to interview.
• Ability to work during busy hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in phone etiquette.
