About the position

The Castle Shop Retail Team at Bavarian Inn Restaurant is seeking enthusiastic team members to provide exceptional customer service during the holiday season. This part-time position involves working in a vibrant retail environment with six unique shops, each offering a variety of specialty products. Team members will create enjoyable experiences for guests while assisting with merchandise selection and processing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a hospitable manner
• Assist guests with merchandise selection
• General stocking and cleaning of workstation
• Process transactions, including handling cash and credit card payments accurately

Requirements

• 16+ years of age
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Basic math skills for cash handling
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-haves

• Customer Service and/or Retail experience
