Casual Dealer

About the position

The Dealer is responsible for providing superior customer service to all guests by providing gaming enjoyment while maintaining a high degree of security and integrity at all table games. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, Table Games, the Dealer will open and close tables, deal table games as scheduled, and encourage a climate that supports diversity. The position requires adapting to new changing conditions in a positive manner and communicating respectfully with co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Open Tables
• Deal Table Games as scheduled
• Provide Excellent Customer Service
• Close Tables

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service and cash handling
• Excellent mathematical skills
• Completion of Blackjack training
• Ability to work a variety of shifts based on the requirements of a 24 hour per day, seven day per week operation
• Satisfactory work performance in the preceding twelve (12) months
• Attendance rate will be a factor in the pre-screening process
