Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of CAT scan and MRI procedures requiring independent judgment.
- Produces and evaluates CT/MRI images for technical quality.
- Properly identifies images and patients, ensuring accurate protocols and procedures.
- Adheres to St. Francis Hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
- Complies with JCAHO and regulatory agency requirements.
- Demonstrates and promotes service excellence at all times.
Requirements
- NYS radiographer's license
- Registration with American Registry of Radiologic Technology
- Knowledge and working experience in Computerized Axid Tomography & MRI
- BLS certification required.
