About the position

Cintas is seeking a Catalog Sales Assistant to support the catalog sales department by facilitating communication with team members and customers, processing orders, and performing administrative tasks. The role involves managing order tracking, sales calculations, and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries while working under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate daily with catalog team members and Sales Representatives.
  • Assist potential and current business customers with catalog product orders.
  • Key orders into the AS/400 computer system.
  • Track shipping and delivery status of orders.
  • Calculate catalog sales orders to measure growth and profitability.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including composing memorandums and letters, and creating promotional materials.
  • Handle emergency requests and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

  • Accurate typing and 10-keypad skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Nice-to-haves

  • Administrative experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Intranet/Internet.
  • SAP experience.
  • Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted.
