About the position

The Catastrophe Repair Solutions Site Manager at Sedgwick is responsible for managing CAT Repair Solution Sites, ensuring operational efficiency, and providing leadership to contractors and staff. This role emphasizes coaching, quality assurance, and effective communication to meet service level agreements and enhance performance. The position requires significant travel and involves overseeing the training and development of team members while maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage CAT Repair Solution Sites and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coach and mentor CAT contractors on processes and systems.
  • Monitor CAT contractors' Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance objectives.
  • Prioritize CAT contractor needs for the CAT Repair Solutions Team.
  • Provide feedback to Leadership Team on process challenges facing CAT Sites.
  • Manage Repair Solutions network's core business.
  • Conduct pricing research and development.
  • Develop and deliver CAT site training and performance reviews.
  • Provide onboarding assistance to the Business Development department for new carriers seeking CAT Repair Solutions.
  • Cross-train inter-departmental and cross-company employees.
  • Perform quality assurance inspections on completed repairs.
  • Drive production and repair cycle time.
  • Serve as subject matter expert and/or project leader on industry systems such as Mitchell, CCC, and Audatex.
  • Ensure CAT site is operational within 72 hours of setup.
  • Manage onsite staff and oversee security and OSHA compliance.
  • Conduct daily production meetings and manage work distribution.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Four years of experience in construction restoration or insurance.
  • Thorough knowledge of operations, body shop, and CAT site management.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and database management.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics.
  • Good judgment and sound decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative.
  • Leadership, management, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
