About the position

Resideo is seeking a Category Marketing Manager responsible for supporting the fire safety professional brand and digital strategy. The role involves developing and managing marketing campaigns, collaborating with digital marketing agencies, and executing cross-functional projects to enhance brand visibility and drive demand.

Responsibilities

  • Support new product introduction, in-life, and end of life campaign strategy for the Safety category for the BRK brand.
  • Maintain and own the BRK campaign calendars, providing real-time updates for transparency across the organization.
  • Build and execute marketing plans based on market research and inputs from Product Management and Channel.
  • Drive traditional and digital marketing efforts including digital display, email marketing, print, SEO/M, and brand website management.
  • Support category and brand messaging, coordinating with Channel Marketing, distributors, partners, and trade show needs.
  • Set clear campaign goals, KPIs, and priorities to generate demand for marketing objectives.
  • Partner with Sales and Analytics Team to understand reporting and drive optimizations in campaign efforts.
  • Manage content development and optimization of the brand website.
  • Oversee the creation and communication of assets for product launches and refreshes, including videos and digital materials.
  • Act as the main point of contact for digital marketing agencies, ensuring flawless execution of deliverables.
  • Support planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns related to Digital, SEO, and SEM.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Marketing with a focus on pro-centric marketing communication and digital activations.
  • Exceptional knowledge of digital marketing best practices and experience working with agencies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Prior go-to-market experience with a proven track record supporting launches and products.
