About the position

The Category Marketing Manager for Safety & Digital at Resideo is responsible for supporting the fire safety professional brand and digital strategy. This role involves developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing project timelines, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, project management, and a proven track record in go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Support new product introduction, in-life, and end of life campaign strategy for the Safety category.
  • Maintain and own the BRK campaign calendars for transparency across the organization.
  • Build and execute marketing plans based on market research and inputs from Product Management and Channel.
  • Drive traditional and digital marketing efforts including digital display, email marketing, print, SEO/M, and brand website management.
  • Support category and brand messaging, coordinating with Channel Marketing and trade show needs.
  • Set clear campaign goals, KPIs, and priorities to generate demand for marketing objectives.
  • Manage content development and optimization of the brand website.
  • Act as the main point of contact for digital marketing agencies, ensuring flawless execution of deliverables.
  • Support planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including strategy work and budget allocation.
  • Work with Performance Marketing to develop KPIs and optimizations for maximum ROI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing with a focus on pro-centric marketing communication and digital activations.
  • Exceptional knowledge of digital marketing best practices and experience working with agencies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage budgets effectively.
  • Prior go-to-market experience with a proven track record in supporting launches and products.
