About The Position
Eurest is hiring immediately for full-time Catering Captain positions located at Charles Schwab in Roanoke, TX. The schedule is full-time, Monday to Friday, with varying hours, and candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, and weekends. The role involves coordinating catering staff schedules, preparing and serving food at scheduled functions, and ensuring all functions are delivered, served, and cleared in a timely manner. The Catering Captain will also interact with customers, resolve complaints, and ensure proper food presentation and sanitation standards are maintained.
