About the position
The Catering Delivery Driver at QDOBA Mexican Eats is responsible for delivering food using their own vehicle while providing exceptional customer service. This role emphasizes hospitality, positivity, and performance, ensuring a high-quality guest experience through accurate order delivery and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure order accuracy when packing orders for delivery.
- Ensure timeliness of catering delivery and set-up.
- Assist with sales building.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing an exceptional level of service.
- Act as a team player and maintain a cooperative, respectful working relationship with management and fellow team members.
- Act as an ambassador for QDOBA.
- Monitor the quality of products and take appropriate actions to maintain that quality.
- Recognize and adhere to all sanitation, safety, security policies, and procedures to provide a safe environment for all.
- Perform other tasks as directed by management.
