About the position

Join us at Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza, the city's most iconic hotel, as our Catering Event Services Manager. This is the perfect opportunity for a creative and energetic sales professional who loves all things food & beverage. The Catering Event Service Manager is responsible for managing accounts after booking to achieve guest satisfaction to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded. This person will work closely with clients to nurture and develop the client-hotel relationship. In addition, the Manager will work with various hotel departments to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. This position requires attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. The drive to exceed client expectations and personal goals is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts after booking to achieve guest satisfaction and ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (B.A) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
