About the position

The Catering Manager at Nationals Park is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a corporate dining account, ensuring high-quality food service and managing client relations. This role involves leading a team of associates and maintaining excellent relationships with employees, guests, and clients while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for a corporate dining account.
  • Manage and lead a team of associates.
  • Ensure food quality is superior for clients, customers, and employees.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, and clients.
  • Operate the corporate cafeteria in accordance with the approved budget.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Two to four years of fine dining restaurant management experience required.
  • Comprehensive food and wine knowledge, including food and wine pairings.
  • Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office products.

Nice-to-haves
