Responsibilities

• Support onsite teams by covering planned and unplanned absences.
• Train and lead new On-Site Specialists to ensure service quality aligns with Zerocater standards.
• Facilitate inventory management, including ordering and transferring catering supplies to client sites.
• Enhance customer experience by greeting guests, ensuring satisfaction, and addressing any concerns.
• Perform other tasks as designated by department management.

Requirements

• Experience in training and leading a team.
• Background in hospitality and food service, with catering experience being a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills while multitasking.
• Team player willing to collaborate for smooth execution.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-haves

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
