About the position

The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for generating and managing catering sales for the hotel, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for clients and guests. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new catering clients.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the hotel operations team to ensure successful execution of catering events.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to enhance the catering offerings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the hospitality industry.
