About the position

The Catering Sales Manager at The Craftsman Wood Grille & Tap House is responsible for driving sales growth and managing the sales team to achieve set targets. This role involves developing sales strategies, cultivating customer relationships, and ensuring the team meets its sales goals. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a strong background in sales management, capable of fostering a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Present sales reports to the team that accurately represent sales efforts including sales progress and volume to more accurately forecast future goals.
• Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships to meet customer needs, and mitigate any complaints to ensure continued business.
• Set our sales strategies and sales objectives to achieve our sales goals.
• Continue company growth by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs.
• Responsible for all catering opportunities.

Requirements

• Displays a proven track record of sales success.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department.
• Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills.
• Must possess a bachelor's degree in business or a similar major.
